Every phase with a fixed date, a fixed contact and a written record.

Consultation & costing
Site visit, survey of the existing fabric, first cost estimate. After that you know whether the project stands up.

Design & approval
Design, structural engineering, planning application. We handle the correspondence with the authority.
- 03
Structural shell
Groundworks, foundations, masonry, floors, roof. Weekly report with photographs.
- 04
Fit-out
Windows, building services, screed, plaster, floors, fit-out — and the kitchen too, if you wish.
- 05
Sign-off & handover
Joint inspection, written record, snagging, keys. Followed by five years of warranty.
